Refund Policy

This Refund Policy defines when payments to Inna SPN Consultancy Private Limited are refundable. It applies to consulting engagements unless a signed contract states otherwise.

1. Discovery and Advisory Fees

Fees for completed discovery calls, advisory sessions, diagnostics, or strategy workshops are non-refundable once the session or delivery has been provided.

2. Project Milestones

Payments tied to completed milestones are non-refundable. If a project is terminated early, invoices remain due for work already completed and accepted up to the termination date.

3. Advance Payments

Advance amounts reserve planning and execution capacity. Partial refunds on advances may be considered only when no substantial work has started and only at Inna SPN's discretion.

4. Subscription or Retainer Services

Monthly retainers and recurring service fees are billed for reserved support windows and are generally non-refundable for the active billing period.

5. Exceptions

If Inna SPN cannot deliver a paid scope due solely to internal non-performance, we may offer a pro-rated refund or service credit, evaluated case by case.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund review, email the following details:

  • Client name and invoice number
  • Date of payment and amount
  • Reason for refund request
  • Supporting communication or documents

If a signed service agreement includes specific refund clauses, that agreement takes precedence.
